Judging by the data, should not come :-)
1) There is a suspicion that in both tables there is no "primary key", well or their two (acc and sum)
2) Communications / tables are not unique (id, fio)
I.e. at join should full turns out product.
.. In the resultant table there will be not 2, but 4 lines.
